Our adult Learn to Curl program will ensure you feel comfortable being on the ice, learn the rules and etiquette of curling, practice drills and apply what you have been taught. Don't think that you are too old to learn a new sport! With the advancement of assistive devices such as the stick and stabilizers, anyone can learn to curl and have the confidence to participate in the game.
