The Morrisburg Curling Club is proud to offer a large variety of leagues that accommodate a wide range of curlers. So, whether you’re a recreational player or someone who relishes competitive play; if you’re young, old or somewhere in-between; we definitely have a league suitable for you!

Daytime - Senior Men's League
This is a daytime league for senior men. The skill level covers a wide range from novice to expert.

Days and Times: Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. if required. You will be scheduled to play about twice a week but there are lots of sparing opportunities for those who wish to play more frequently.
Format: Players register their preferred position and the convenor uses a random process to assemble teams. There are at least four single round robin draws each season, and players can play or opt out of each draw at their choosing. A winner is declared at the completion of each draw based on the number of wins. A point system is used for breaking ties.
Tuesday Afternoon - Women's Daytime League
This is a daytime social league for women. The skill level covers a wide range from novice to expert.
Convenor: Sue Parkes
Day and Time: Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m.
Format: The convenor emails all players 2-3 days before game day to determine availability and assigns teams on Mondays. Games are six ends, followed by social time in the lounge.
Tuesday Evening - Men's League
This is an evening league trophy competition for men of any age. The league is moderately competitive with skill levels ranging from minimal experience to expert.

Days and Times: Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. You will be scheduled to play once a week with the possibility of an occasional bye.
Format: The convenor uses a random process to assemble teams to compete in a multiple round robin format. There are two draws each season and players may compete for the Calvert trophy (fall draw) or Pat Lid Trophy (winter draw) or both.
Wednesday Evening - Women's League
This is an evening league trophy competition for women of any age. The league is moderately competitive with skill levels ranging from minimal experience to expert.

Days and Times: Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. You will be scheduled to play once a week with the possibility of an occasional bye.
Format: The convenor uses a random process to assemble teams to compete in a multiple round robin format. There are two draws each season and players may compete in either or both draws.
Thursday Morning - Senior Mixed League
This is a daytime league for men and women. The league is moderately competitive with skill levels ranging from novice to expert.

Days and Times: Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. according to the schedule provided by the convenor.
Format: The convenor uses a random process to assemble mixed teams to compete in a multiple round robin format. There are two draws each season. Players may compete in both or either the fall draw ending in December or in the winter draw beginning in January.
Thursday Evening - Open Competitive League
This is an evening league with a slightly more competitive atmosphere. Players may form their own teams or sign-up as an individual player and request to be placed on a team.

Days and Times: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. according to the schedule provided by the convenor.
Format: Teams compete in a multiple round robin format that lasts all season. The top six teams enter a playoff round culminating in the championship game at the end of the season.
Friday Evening - Mixed League
This is a fun evening league for social curlers of any skill level.

Days and Times: Fridays at 6:45 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. according to the schedule provided by the convenor. You will be scheduled to play once a week with the possibility of an occasional bye.
Format: The convenor uses a random process to assemble teams to compete in a multiple round robin format. There are two draws each season and players may compete in the fall draw, winter draw or both.
